There are various approaches to living, There are those who prefer to stay cloistered in their world of experiences. A reason being it is comfortable and familiar. However energy patterns are shifting and sometimes this approach will not complement the flow of energy in the grid patterns we find ourselves living amongst. Thus, it may feel as if one is swimming upstream. And that means this approach may involve “drama” or conflict .

Another is to venture out and welcome the opportunity to integrate and live beyond the possibilities already known or stored from past experiences.

In the latter example, the participant “settles” in, welcoming in life without preconceived notion. The go ahead is given to “whatever” is out there for them to experience. And thus they enter every new experience in the spirit of free-flow. It like saying “Come In, We’re Open” . This approach welcomes in undreamt of encounters.

The body and brain are two invaluable assets. Can’t life without them! And when we work in union with them it is like being propelled forth, giving us leeway and opportunity to receive a new paradigm of experiences.

The body indicates its requirements to us. There may be a sensation of thirst, Well that one’s easy; it may be a good time to get a drink! Here is a specific one I get. Now and then, I crave a big juicy hamburger. Well I know now that this is my body indicating its need for protein. When I comply I feel satisfied, my energy (vitality) returns, and the craving goes away.

Ever here the saying ask and you will receive. I use this as an approach to communicate with my body. If you are quiet and settled and pose a question, your body will give you a response. The technique is simply a way to directly tap into your inner guidance.

I find it is easy when I form simple yet specific statements that can be answered with a positive (yes) or negative (no) response. Here’s a style I use. Stand up. Pose a few statements with known answers, such as “My name is (your name)” and “My name is Tweedy Bird.” Or “I am a human being” and “I am a tree”. A few moments after the statement is completed you become aware of your body either being pulled forward or falling backward. Because one knows the answer, the direction of yes and no are easily determined. Once you’ve tested clearly and accurately on things you know the answer to you can test the body’s response to any declaration answered with a yes or no, such as; “I should eat this banana”. Remember, If you form a sloppy unfocused statement you will get a confused answer.

I love to take advantage of the opportunities that get my attention because of information presented by the brain; my personal messenger service. Here is an example. When I accepted my current assignment cash flow changed somewhat. I decided HAVE NOT dynamics was not a preferable option for me as “been there, done that”! The brain gave me notice that an adjustment of outflow was prudent, and if this was not to my choosing then input from other financial sources was indicated. This “post it” from my brain was a memo I could make use of or dispose. (As, I AM the one having the experience, not my brain.) Soon after my attention” tweeted” to room mate scenarios. I was hesitant to consider this option as my ego interrupted with more that a few things to say on this approach. But I decided to investigate just to see what opened up. A welcoming situation did arise. And, It has played out perfectly. It has contributed to my entire life and well being. The original intent was to “harmonize” my finances. And what emerged accomplished that, and more!

There are adventures out there to experience life as one has never known. They go way beyond ones perceivability! And that my friends is what got my attention.
