We create in silence and meditation. With silence and meditation, we stir the energies for the manifestation process. It is hard for some people to practice the art of silence and meditation, but silence and meditation is essential for the use of our infinite creative potential.

In our society, many have become addicted to emotional and mental turbulence. We feel like we really have a life when things are loud and turbulent. Unfortunately, silence has become equated with boredom. And for this very reason, we have more stressed-out people in the world than ever before.

The truth is, we may not be as stressed as we think. In fact, we just may need a little silence. Did you hear the word “silence?” Of course you did.

And silence is what we can get when we unplug from the useless systems and programs of the Matrix. When we unplug from the programs and systems of the Matrix and its counterproductive effect on our ability to create the life we want to live, we find that we can activate our infinite creative potential and transform it into infinite creative energy. This is accomplished through the practice of silence and meditation.

Silence and meditation allows us to cleanse the subconscious debris of counterproductive thoughts and thought forms. Like a mental detoxification, we are then ?empty to be refilled.? We are liberated. And liberation for the mind means liberation for the Soul as well.

As we empty our minds, we can reload and restore productive mental imagery which works with pure consciousness in the creation and manifestation process. Productive mental imagery then activates our infinite creative potential and turns it into creative energy. When this creative energy is used, it becomes creative power which has the volition to manifest our most focused intentions.

Silence and meditation also activates our infinite creative potential for creative energy because the yoke of resistance are broken and energy (creative energy) always follows the path of least resistance. This is why it is important to ?purpose? your intentions. Purpose intentions are not weighed down and held back by resistance. Purpose intentions have volition and the power to actualize because these intentions are not held back by resistance.

And how can we undoubtedly know we are resisting. Stress is the signal. Stress and turbulence is always the signal of resistance. Our infinite creative energy cannot flow and become power where there is resistance. Silence and meditation make us aware of what and where the resistance is and through our Oracle Within, we discover what inspired action to take to unblock the flow.

All to often we are told we need to add something to ourselves in order to become our true and authentic self. However, those of us who have grown on the path of enlightenment have discovered that it is nothing we need to add to ourselves but what we need unload to make room to reload and restore what we?ve already had.

Silence and meditation is not only detoxifying but it is replenishing. What we replenish and restore is the infinite creative power we require to create the life we desire to live.

So if you are feeling “stressed” out by life and wondering why the manifestation of your dreams seem to drag on into a never-ending nightmare of discontent, then practice a little silence and meditation. And as you meditate in silence you will discover yourself in the presence of All-that-is and know that you dreams can be actualized.

If you are wanting to learn to meditate, then you have come to the right place. While you can probably find an abundance of different ways to meditate, here is one simple way that doesn’t cost a penny, is easy to do, and can be done by anyone. It is quite effective for not only relieving stress on a regular basis, but can also be a base for healing a number of different ailments. So if you need to relieve stress and anxiety, or want a good start to fix what ails you, then listen up.

The first step is finding a nice, quiet area. This can be in a bedroom, a corner of your home or office, whatever. Now it is a good idea to have absolutely no distractions for at least twenty to thirty minutes, ten to do your deep breathing exercises, and twenty for the actual meditation. In order to get into the proper mood, you need a comfortable chair, and the lights turned down low. You can light some candles to get this mood going. You don’t want to be so comfortable that you will fall asleep, just deeply relaxed. You can also play some music, but soft music is preferred, or even a CD with nature sounds, like waves crashing, or a babbling brook, something soft.

Sit in your chair in a comfortable position, feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes, and breath slowly and deeply through your nose, holding it in for a few seconds once your lungs are full, then breathe out slowly through your mouth. Do this for five minutes, not really thinking about anything, letting go of the tension. There are two reasons for this. One is that breathing like this fills your body with oxygen. The second is that it forces you to pause.

If you find that you open your eyes once in awhile, don’t worry about it, and don’t force yourself to keep your eyes closed. Open them, look around check the clock, then close your eyes again. Now, with your eyes closed, picture yourself in front of a quiet pond that has a bunch of stones or pebbles. These are the thoughts and stresses in your life. These can also represent illnesses, cancers, or what ever your problem at the time might be. One by one, remove these stones and place them aside. It is a good idea to limit the amount of stones to ten or fifteen of the most important things that you want to get rid of, so you aren’t spending the whole time taking out stones. This should be about ten minutes.

Now here is where you can really customize your meditative experience. For just regular meditation, you want to put stones back into the pond that associate with things that represent relaxation or good aspects of your life. Maybe you could fill it with things that you dream about wanting, that nice house, your ideal partner, etc. For healing, this is when you focus on the part of your body that is ill, or needs help healing, like a broken bone mending, getting stronger, or antibodies killing that cancer. Do this for another ten minutes. The last five minutes, use your deep breathing exercises again, and slowly bring yourself back to reality. Now don’t expect a miracle, but if you do this on a regular basis, it will work.

With all the stresses in our lives in today’s day and age, we all need some way to relax and unwind. Having too much stress can not only cause mental problems and anxieties, but can also manifest itself in physical problems as well. Some of these include high blood pressure, hypertension, stomach ulcers, just to name a few of the many. It can effect our sleeping habits, sex life, and make relationships difficult. It can effect not only you personally, but everyone around you as well.

So how can we relieve all of these stresses? While there are many different ways to do this, and each person has their own, many are starting to turn to meditation as a way to relieve stress and anxieties that occur in every day lives. It isn’t hard to do, is cheaper than therapy, and is very effective. The idea behind meditation is consciously relaxing the body and mind, through a variety of different techniques, each that have their own methods. Some methods want you to focus on certain things, like a quiet and relaxing spot on the beach, while others simply allow your mind to wander off, like sleeping, but in a different state of mind.

No matter which method you try, there are things that they all have in common. The first is that they involve deep breathing exercises. Deep breathing does a number of different things. For one, breathing exercises get you to focus on something other than your stress. You are focusing on your breathing, counting the length of time you breathe in, and out. It also gets much more oxygen into your blood stream, which is good for your cells, and your brain, in order to function properly. It slows down your heart beat, because it doesn’t need to work as hard to pump oxygen through your body. All of these work together to help you start to relax.

They next thing all of these techniques have in common is that you need to do them every day, at least once a day, for twenty to thirty minutes. Some say you need more time, some say less. Many of us don’t have that kind of time throughout the day, but if you can spend just ten or fifteen minutes twice a day, then a longer period before bed time, you will get the same benefits.

Common to all forms of meditation is that you need to be in a place with little or no distractions. You can use music if it helps you, and there are verbal things you can say to get you focused on meditation, rather than what is going on around you. It is best to be sitting in a comfortable chair, with the lights dimmed. You don’t want it dark, or the chair so comfortable that you fall asleep, because meditation is not sleep, but a higher state of consciousness.

Many businesses today are starting to realize the need for meditation in the work place, in order to keep stress levels down. Some companies even require employees to take a ten to twenty minute break just for meditation, and have rooms set aside for this purpose. The idea is that it more productive to do this, than the time lost from employees getting sick from the stresses at work.

Meditation is defined as “The act of continued or extended thought, reflection, or contemplation”. It is used by millions around the world to relax the physical body. It is also used to accelerate and amplify spiritual enlightenment and growth. Meditation gives you a way to deal with the stresses of everyday life, and will also help you both feel and look younger and more alert. There is no way to practice meditation incorrectly, but there are ways to ensure you are meditating at maximum effectiveness. In this guide, you will be given a 10 step list for effective meditation.

1) Daily practice. You don’t need to have a set schedule. This doesn’t mean you need to take several hours out of every day just to meditate. Try to fit it in your schedule. Simple breathing exercises before bed and when you wake up in the morning are a good start. In general, being constantly aware of your body will help you stay in a good state throughout the day.

2) Mindfulness. This is a good method to practice, because it doesn’t take up any time. Paying attention to your body is the focus of this. Noticing little things about your breathing or reactions to events.

3) “Follow the breath”. This is a term commonly used in meditation circles. It involves inhaling through your nose, and feeling the air going into your lungs, before feeling it leave. Beginners should count to 10 to help stay on pace. This is a main fundamental of meditation. This will become much more natural with practice.

4) Reading. Reading may help you achieve a meditative state. It will help you stimulate thoughts and will help you reflect on your own life.

5) Exercise. Some would call this physical meditation. Be sure to stay mindful of your body during and after.

Meditation isn’t all about sitting on a pillow, it is also about finding the still point of your mind while moving.

6) Feeling negative emotions is a good sign. When you’re feeling sadness, anger, or fear during meditation, it means you are revealing layers that you have previously pushed from the forefront of your mind. Don’t ignore these feelings, embrace them, try to understand them.

7) Don’t push yourself. Beginners and long timers alike, it can be frustrating to stop yourself from thinking. Don’t force it. If you’re having troubles and your thoughts are wandering, accept it and observe them.
Practice Compassion. Begin by following the breath, after you’re comfortable, think of the world. Move from loved ones to the rest of the world. Imagine the sicknesses and the pains of the world. Embrace the feelings and let them go into an unconditional love. Imagine the pains going from a black tar to a blue sky.

9) Eat Healthy. A healthy diet can make or break your mental health. It will help all aspects of your body, physically and emotionally.

10) Music and ambient noise. Having the right music or ambient noise can help with mindfulness. Sitting back and relaxing while you listen to your favorite sounds or CD and meditate might just be the trick for you.

These is just a basic guide to help you meditate to the fullest extent of your abilities. For more information on specific techniques, there are many CD’s, books, videos, and online articles that can be a great asset to your meditating.

There is a secret method that provides you the opportunity to experience sharper focus, clearer thinking and less emotional upheaval. You will find more joy, more love, and freedom from worry. By reading every word of this article you will find out about a revolutionary new discovery that could give you a deeper sense of meaning and purpose for your life. Greater creativity, enhanced performance in your work and play, superior intimacy with family and friends has been reported.

You probably already know the practice of meditation can have a profound effect on your mental, emotional and physical well being. I’m sure you know during a meditation session we are to focus minds on a “mantra” or a point of focus. It could be your breath, a candle light, or anything that can take our attention off of the noise of our everyday life.

Learning the simple technique of meditation has proven for some not to be that simple at all. Do you have a problem with your thoughts racing all over the place when you are trying to focus on your mantra and quiet your mind? Do you feel that it will take, years, years, and more years to ever to experience the deep spiritual consciousness that you are trying to achieve. Are you falling asleep before you are able to reach your meditative state?

Do not fret many people go through these same experiences. You will soon discover a technique to heighten your existing meditation sessions. And tap into your alpha brain waves that place you in a relaxed awareness. By accessing your alpha brain wave state, the brain’s process is slowed down and thoughts become clearer. Stress and anxiety begin to disappear.

When you are able to bring your consciousness inline with an alpha brainwave entrainment you will enhance your learning ability, increase your memory, and achieve more success than you can imagine.

What are Alpha Brain Waves?

Alpha brainwaves are sometimes called the “meditation brain waves.” When we are relaxed and feeling calm our brainwave frequency, when measured with an EEG, are in the 8 to 12 cycles per seconds range. This is the second level of our mental consciousness, with beta being first, alpha second, theta and lastly delta.
When Dr. Hans Berger discovered the existence of electrical brainwaves in 1908, he called them alpha waves because they were the first to be found.

Alpha brainwaves are also the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. That’s why this is the state we attempt to attain in our daily meditative practice. The question can be asked, “How can we reach this alpha state when we can’t seem to focus on our own?”

I have found that binaural beats meditation has helped me to reach deeper states of meditation than I’ve ever been able to achieve on my own. Imagine for a moment?what if you had the ability to focus your mind on nothing but a deep state of meditation, mental clarity, and alpha wave entrainment without waiting for years to enjoy your meditative progress? How would that feel?

How do Binaural Beats Meditation work?

When using binaural beats meditation you listen to a binaural beat mp3 or cd through stereo headphones. An alpha wave tone is heard in each ear. But the magic of meditating with the binaural beat mp3 is the soft music or calming nature sounds that are played in the foreground. These relaxing sounds give your mind something more entertaining to focus on while the real work is performed in the background.

What would you do if you were suddenly able to enter a calm and creative state quickly and easily. Take advantage of this right now! Download 3 FREE Binaural Beats Mp3 samples and you be the judge! Alpha Brain Waves entrainment will help you reduce stress, anxiety, increase creativity, and produce peak performance.

1. Identify Your Recipe For Success.

What’s the real difference between success and failure? Some people may argue that it’s having a great attitude, money, luck or perseverance. The real difference is only one thing – It’s the ability to be consistent. You can have a great attitude or perseverance, but if you only have it one or two days a week your life will look like a roller coaster. True success is something you create consistently. What’s your recipe for success? Identify the specifics of your successful days: What are you thinking? How do you walk? How are you breathing? What kind of people are around you? Are you taking care of your body? Did you work out today? What types of food are you putting into your body to fuel you? All of these components begin the process of identifying your special recipe for success. Once you have identified it, duplicate it consistently to maintain an upward movement of quantifiable results.

2. Eliminate The Hassles Of Life.

Suffering is optional! Stop suffering, tolerating and hoping. There’s a huge addiction in our culture among entrepreneurs that’s rarely recognized. It’s the addiction to adrenaline. Adrenaline is a source of energy. It’s not the healthiest source of energy, and yet people will do anything to get it. Adrenaline is a habit that creates an unhealthy lifestyle.

Here are some symptoms of adrenaline:

- Rushing around and juggling as many projects as possible all at once.

- Speeding in your car.

- Always looking at the clock.

- Filing up your gas tank on empty.

- Coffee

- Sugar

- Messy desk with piles everywhere.

- Never saying “no” to projects.

- Over promising your results.

Adrenaline addiction runs rampant among entrepreneurs because the common belief holds that adrenaline equals success. Gordon Bahary, president of Electric Kingdom Records used to run his life on adrenaline. “I used to create situations that developed adrenaline. I would drink coffee, eat sugar, get hyped, angry and excited more than was necessary. I planned my execution of tasks in an erratic fashion just to get the adrenaline rush. I was dependent upon something external pushing me and used adrenaline to get through my day. Now I’m clear about my real talents and draw genuine energy from within. I have time to stop and think and gained a love for my discipline of not running on adrenaline.”

The paradox of attraction is – if you want to achieve more, do less. It’s called irresistible attraction. By eliminating adrenaline you naturally attract success, reduce stress, integrate all aspects of your life, simplify, and reorient around what makes you the happiest. What good is increased productivity and profitability if you’re not happy?

3. Get Your Needs Met And Communicate More Effectively.

It’s important to be clear about what you need and to communicate it elegantly. Needs are not optional. It’s what you don’t know about you that really runs you. Unmet needs can run your life, until you identify them and take complete responsibility for fulfilling them in healthy ways. Have the language you need to handle confrontations. When people avoid confrontations their lives get messy. When you have the skills to communicate effectively, you have quality relationships and restore your integrity. Learn how to come across better, listen, influence, coach, motivate, inspire and support others.

4. Create Reserves.

Business owners tend to run their business on the edge. They get so caught up with their ideas that they invest everything into their ventures and want to make it happen all now! Business owners tend to exhaust their reserves quicker and faster than any other group of people, because they are creative and come up with so many ideas that require attention. The solution is to create reserves in every area. You want to have more than enough so that you are always operating from reserves. When you operate on close to empty you react to every situation in life. With reserves you respond to life. When you respond you’re always at choice.

How do you build reserves? Begin by creating new standards of doubling everything, i.e time, money, opportunities, clients, friends, energy, etc. Fill your gas tank when it’s on half a tank instead of waiting until it’s on empty. Buy two boxes of fax paper versus one. Hold money in separate reserve accounts for new projects. Say “no” more. Stop over promising and begin to under promise. Operating with reserves make you more attractive. People will gravitate to you and seek you out to do business. With reserves comes fewer errors, space to create the future, time to do complete work and the ability to maintain integrity.

5. Work “On” Your Business Instead Of “In” It.

Insightful business owner’s are wise not to work “IN” their business, but know that real money and success come from working “ON” their business. When you work “IN” your business you think like an employee, do tasks that you can do that others should be doing, and work really hard. When you work “ON” your business, you orchestrate the work of others, you step back daily to get a helicopter view of where you’re heading and plan your business for long term growth.

It’s very easy for new business owners to get engrossed and consumed with their business. While it’s important to understand how to run and operate your business it is equally important to stop and set up structures and systems so that anyone can do the job the same way. You’re probably worth more than your making. Why charge what you think you are worth. Charge what others are charging. What other products and services can you market to your existing client’s? Stop chasing, selling and promoting your business and begin to effortlessly attract . The key here is to have an extremely profitable business. Question all your expenses. Leverage your ability to improve the financial bottom line, make money, add more value to your customers, and increase productivity. The key is to have money instead of money having you. Remember the mission and forget the commission.

6. Get Rid Of All The Stuff In The Way

Eliminate the distractions of problems, incompletions and tolerations and increase productivity. Everything you tolerate claims a piece of your creative and physical energy. Tolerations drain you of the resources required for a successful business. ” Getting rid of my tolerations was the most freeing thing I’ve ever done. I never realized how much energy was being drained from tolerations. Everyday I walked in and got annoyed at my messy desk. Now my desk is organized, I have more energy to use on more important things, like growing my business.” Says Mike Schneider, president of Ki Sales.

What are incompletes and tolerations? The piles you have in your office, projects you plan to start, unfilled tax receipts or forms, unread magazines, legal matters, the dent on your car, conversations you need to have, etc. Set up a plan to resolve tolerations and structure a way to eliminate them permanently. How? Identify and eliminate the cause of your tolerations, so they don’t come up again. “I constantly look for ways to make my life easier. When issues comes up I don’t just look to resolve them, I look for solutions so the problems never resurface.” Says Pete Fioretti, president of Mountain Funding.

7. Discover Your Strengths and Orient Your Business Around Them.

What are your strengths? Unfortunately we learn as children to get good at the things we are not good at. For instance, if you had a natural talent in art and failed in math, your parents would hire you a math tutor instead of an art teacher to embellish your innate strengths. When you spend your life trying to get good at things that don’t come naturally to you, mediocrity is at best what you can expect. The secret key to effortless success is to identify your strengths and talents and do only those things.

If you are not certain what your gifts are, it may be difficult to discover it yourself. How do you discover your strengths? Ask five people that know you well what they believe your gifts are. In that dialogue with them you’ll discover it.

If it is boring then you are facing a mammoth task in paying attention. A lot research and studies have suggested that the human attention span is no more than 10 minutes and with the amount of information that is bombarded to us, it might be getting even shorter. Humans everywhere pay the greatest attention to three things only; food, threat and sex. It is primal. It is something that has kept enabled the human race to survive and thrive. Everything else is secondary.

But if we pay attention to only that three then life is going to get really tough. Attention to our daily business, work and other mundane things modern living offers is important and sometimes essential.
To keep our attention where it should, we can:

1. Start by having enough sleep.
2. Having a snack.
3. Reading books.
4. Shut out distractions such as TV and the internet.
5. Meditate.

Of the five above, meditation is the best. It works on the long run but also offers immediate benefits. Recent study found evidence that the daily practice of meditation thickened the parts of the brain’s cerebral cortex responsible for decision making, attention and memory.
So what is meditation?

The man on the street usually thinks meditation as a form of worship or prayer. It isn’t. Meditation is awareness. It involves the overcoming of distractions and dissipated energies into a blissful awareness. Meditation involves becoming more aware and more sensitive to what is within us. The word meditation originates from two Latin words : meditari(to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Its Sanskrit derivation ‘medha’ means wisdom.

The three basic concepts of meditation are:
1. Withdrawing from the distractions of the senses and bringing the mind to a place of concentration. Focus is directed onto one element like the repetition of breathing, the repetition of a word, the connection with a bodily sensation, or an image or single thought.

2. Meditation is done without judgment and conclusions are not drawn from irrelevant thoughts. Wandering thoughts are placed in the background without struggle. Meditation does not mean to suppress outside thoughts, but rather to keep these thoughts from taking you away from the present.

3. During meditation, you remain aware of sensations, distractions, surroundings, and irrelevant thoughts, but discovering that they do not agitate or bring on stress. You meditate to develop the ability to exist in the moment with contentment and acceptance.

If you find meditating a challenge, there is also a shorter way. You can use brainwave entrainment CDs. Brainwave meditation CDs basically contain specially-created sounds. When listened to with headphones, these sounds help to influence your brainwaves – a process known as “brainwave entrainment.” These sounds basically take your brainwaves down to a low frequency state – similar to the state of mind after years of practice.

There are many brainwave CDs but only a few offers the real benefits. Among them is The Brainwave Evolution System or BrainEv. It employs something known as “3P DEAP” technology, intertwining three different methods of brainwave entrainment together – to produce truly industry-pioneering results. That essentially guarantees you’ll experience the most profound benefits around – such as a boost in your attention span, your mind power, mental clarity, full body relaxation, enhanced creativity, and greater energy levels.

If you are active in any kind of artistic endeavor, whether in writing, music or the visual arts, one of the biggest challenges is to be original and to extend your creativity to new dimensions. You can?t ?learn? how to be creative and that is why creativity is sometimes viewed as a ?gift? or an inborn talent that you either have or you don?t have. However true that may be there are ways to enhance your creativity, and one of the best means is through meditation.

Many people think that meditation is only useful for learning how to relax or others may associate it with religious or spiritual pursuits. Both of these views have a bit of validity but there is another aspect of meditation that is not generally well known. Meditation has the capacity to help one deepen one?s intuition and creativity.

In fact another name for meditation is ?intuitional practice.? According to yoga and meditation masters, most human beings utilize only a fraction of their mental capacity. They remain engrossed in their conscious and subconscious minds but are unable to tap the powers of their ?super conscious? mind. These yogis say that this super conscious mind (roughly equivalent to Carl Jung?s concept of the collective unconscious mind) is the place where creativity and artistic expression originate.

All people enter this higher realm from time to time but their contact with it is often fleeting. When you practice meditation, and learn how to detach yourself from your physical surroundings and from the disturbances of your body, and go deeper into your inner mental world you will be at the gates of the more subtle layers of the mind and can enter this super conscious mind for longer periods.

The more you practice meditation the more ?intuitive? you will become. It doesn?t happen immediately and may not even happen all of a sudden. It is a gradual process and that is why many people practice meditation and give it up thinking that nothing is happening.

How can you tell if you are making progress? Sometimes other people will notice the change in you and comment on it. This makes sense because we are often not the best judge of ourselves and it is difficult to see things that are very close to us. For example, when you grew as a child you were not able to see your physical growth, and probably were reminded of it by people who hadn?t seen you for a few months or a year.

Another way to know if you are making progress is that your feelings of love for others grows, and you become more large-hearted and service minded. As you feel better about yourself, it is natural that you will feel better about others.

But what about the creativity that I started off talking about? Well, if you are practicing some kind of artistic activity, that activity will get more subtle and become more fruitful as you get more established in meditation. In fact, even if you think you have meager artistic capacity, the constant practice of meditation can help you to develop talents that you would have never dreamed possible. So, try it out and get ready for some amazing results.

The first thing that you need to do when you are going to try and go on a journey of programming your subconscious mind is to try and relax. What you are going to need to do for one, is to find a quiet space and of course, find some way that you are going to be able to internalise your own thoughts and feelings. One of the most important things is to find a quiet space where you can sit down and think about things. This is where you are going to need to eliminate the rest of the world and from there move on to the second step.

The second thing that needs to be done is that you are going to need to learn how to meditate and from this you can actually try to actually make some sort of progress with your own programming your subconscious mind. Breathing techniques are the best way that you are going to be able to go on this journey. At the end of the day, what you are going to do is to breathe in and breathe out slowly, and from there you would be able to lower your own heartbeat and from there, you can actually start to meditate.

The third thing that you are going to want to do is very simple. You are going to try and adopt some of the more advanced mediation techniques to help you to achieve this goal. For one thing, you can try things like Hindu meditation techniques and yoga. You can even do simple stretching and Pilates as well. With these, you can connect the relaxation of the body with the mind, and from there, be close to your own programming your subconscious mind and this is what you really need to try to achieve this at the end of the day.

The fourth thing that you need to do is to actually try and evoke your senses as well. There are many options that you can actually try to do this. The most powerful thing that has been gaining popularity in this day and age, is aromatherapy. You can actually just purchase these candles from any store that has aromatherapy candles, and this is what you really need to do. All you need to be able to do is just to light them up, and from there you would be able to find that you have better connection with your preconscious mind.

The last thing that you are going to do is actually try some of the technologies that are out there that you can download and buy to actually help you along with this process. Programming your subconscious mind is actually easy with technologies like brainwave entrainment and subliminal technology, things that are easily available on the internet. Now, these are some of the things that you can do to actually try and start programming your subconscious mind and become the much better person that you want to be.

Everybody in the world of self-help agree that meditation is good.

The benefits are truly great; increased mind power, metal clarity, increased IQ , vitality, self-enlightenment, less sleep, and more.

But really, how many of us can follow a strict meditation schedule? And we are talking about hours each day if you want reap the true benefits. An honest answer would be not many. Why is it we don’t do what is good for us? The answer lies in the hectic schedule we are force to endure in our modern world. We simkply don’t have the time.

Until now.

We’ve all heard about brainwave meditation CDs before, which provide a short-cut to meditation bliss. Holosync is perhaps the best known example.

Cutting a long story short, brainwave meditation CDs basically contain specially-created sounds. When listened to with headphones, these sounds help to influence your brainwaves – a process known as “brainwave entrainment.” These sounds basically take your brainwaves down to a low frequency state – similar to that achieved by Tibetan monks after years of meditation practice.

By listening to these CDs everyday, you can start enjoying the awesome benefits of meditation without the need for spending 30 years in a cave forsaking your life. But there is a problem. Most brainwave meditation CDs simply don’t deliver.

I’ve tried Holosync, Optimindzation, Hemi-Sync, and many others. Yes, the science behind the technology is solid. However, each of these uses boring-sounding audio recordings, and require at least one hour listening a day. Many brainwave CDs, especially Holosync, also cost thousands to complete the course, and require many years of practice. Technically, they also only employ one mode of brainwave entrainment – a fatal error in the world of brainwave technology.

But among the rubble, there’s one true gem that stands out – at least for me – above the crowd. It’s called the Brain Evolution System – or “BrainEv” – and it’s been the talk of the self-help since it’s launch back in 2006.

It brings about all the benefits of true meditation – greater energy, increased IQ, emotional mastery, sharper thinking, heightened creativity, better relationships, improved memory, less required sleep, greater relaxation levels. And it does it without the shortcomings of its competitors.

Brain Evolution System is a 6-CD system that contains perhaps the most beautiful audio recordings the self-development world has ever heard. It only requires 30 minutes of listening each day, which you can do as you fall asleep, or by waking up 30 minutes earlier than normal. You also only need to listen 6 times a week. And you don’t have to break the bank to own it. The entire program costs just a fraction of its competitors.

Most importantly, BrainEv has proven itself the most technically superior product on the market.

It employs something known as “3P DEAP” technology, intertwining three different methods of brainwave entrainment together – to produce truly industry-pioneering results. That essentially guarantees you’ll experience the most profound benefits around – such as a boost in your mind power, mental clarity, full body relaxation, enhanced creativity, and greater energy levels.

In short, my experience has found only one true leader in the world of brainwave CDs, The Brain Evolution System.

It stands tall above the rest – and truly delivers the most powerful benefits of meditation, usually within days of starting the program. It’ll revolutionize your life – and help you enjoy the advantages of what would usually take years of disciplined practice to achieve.
